Delete your RouMeGo account provided by ProWebSolutions GmbH here. Sign in to your existing account and confirm permanent deletion. Use the same account as in Android.
What data is deleted?
Login details, saved places, routes, tours, discoveries and associated community photos are removed. Contract, payment, tax and audit records required by law remain for the applicable periods. Backups expire through operational retention cycles.
Manage subscriptions separately
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in Google Play. Open web subscriptions must be ended first.
If you cannot sign in
Request account deletion at info@prowebsolutions.de. Include RouMeGo and your account email, but no password or purchase token. We verify your authority before deleting account data.
