Terms of use
Updated: 11 October 20261. Provider and scope
RouMeGo is provided by ProWebSolutions GmbH, Aurelienstr. 48, 04177 Leipzig, Germany. These terms apply to accounts, Free and Pro.
2. Service and safety
RouMeGo supports pleasant route planning and navigation. Map, POI, traffic and routing data may be incomplete or outdated. Actual rules, signs, closures and safe judgement always take priority.
3. Accounts
Personal functions require accurate details. Credentials must be kept confidential. Abuse, illegal content and interference with security are prohibited.
4. Free and Pro
Free and Pro use the same routing quality. Pro extends published limits such as longer round trips, alternatives and GPX functions.
5. Price, term and payment
RouMeGo Pro costs €4.99 including German VAT per month. It starts on successful first payment and renews monthly until cancelled. Mollie handles web payments and recurring web charges. Digital Android Pro subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play; web subscriptions use Mollie. The price displayed in the relevant purchase dialog applies. Following server verification, Pro belongs to the associated RouMeGo account; existing Play purchases can be restored there without purchasing another subscription through a different provider.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellation is possible at any time for the end of the paid period. The public functions and information are available under “Subscription, cancellation and withdrawal”. Manage and cancel Google Play subscriptions separately in Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Account deletion is not subscription cancellation. Refund requests can be directed to Google Play or RouMeGo support; statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Community content
Upload terms additionally apply. You may contribute only content for which you hold the necessary rights. Nudity, graphic violence, hate, harassment, advertising, contact details and privacy violations are prohibited. Every photo is reviewed before publication. Public photos and authors can be reported and an author’s contributions hidden locally.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Statutory liability applies for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence affecting essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss.
9. Law
German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
