RouMeGo Pro is a monthly automatically renewing subscription currently priced at €4.99 gross. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro remains available until the paid period ends.
Cancellation
Cancel in your signed-in account or use the always-available public function below. We immediately confirm receipt, date, time and requested end by email.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within fourteen days without a reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded. A clear statement to ProWebSolutions GmbH, Aurelienstr. 48, 04177 Leipzig, info@prowebsolutions.de, or the function below is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
We refund payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you requested performance during the withdrawal period, a legally owed proportionate amount may apply.
